The SP Switch Panel Series combines the popular look and feel of membrane switches integrated into a module housing.  The panels are constructed as a single integral unit with bezel, overlay, circuitry, and backplate.  All switches, circuitry, and backlighting are self-contained.  Switches may be arranged horizontally or vertically.  Relays for handling 2-amp loads can be incorporated in the switch panel.  Lexan or engraved metal “overlays” are available.  Metal overlays available with standard metal brushed or satin finish.  Optional plating available.  Overlays are available with custom lettering, graphics, or colors.  High contrast combinations are recommended for maximum readability. 

    The Audio Selection/Volume Controller Switch is specifically designed for aircraft use in conjunction with an A/V-9691-0x-x or A/V-9693-0x-x unit.  By communicating with the Audio/Video Distribution Unit, the SP-850 Audio Selection/Volume Controller Switch allows individual passenger control of audio selections and volume.
    The SP-850 is a standard switch panel pre-engineered for easy configuration.  They combine volume up/down, source select, and a 3.5 mm (1/8") headphone jack.  These units feature pushbutton programming and loop-through wiring.  They may be programmed or reprogrammed at any time.

The SP-LCD2 is an external switch panel utilized for Audio International’s LCD monitor set-up.  The switch must be ordered at the time of monitor order placement.  The SP-LCD2 is a 3-position switch that provides switch contact with a momentary ground output.  This unit may be removed and stored after the monitor is set up or can be mounted near the monitor for frequent use.  The switch contacts provide a momentary contact to ground, 100 mA MAXIMUM, ground out (referenced to Pin 2 of connector).  Bezel may be plated.  This switch panel is utilized for the AI-LCD142 series monitors.

The SP-LCD3 is an external switch panel utilized for Audio International’s LCD monitor set-up.  The switch must be ordered at the time of monitor order placement.  The SP-LCD3 is a 3-position switch that provides switch contact with a momentary ground output.  This unit may be removed and stored after the monitor is set up or can be mounted near the monitor for frequent use.  The switch contacts provide a momentary contact to ground, 100 mA MAXIMUM, ground out (referenced to P2 of connector).  The overlay is black lexan with white text and the bezel is brushed aluminum.  This switch panel is utilized for the AI-LCD142 series monitors and may also be used with the 15", 18", and 20" monitors.
