Audio International’s MSM2917-02-x is a compact, lightweight unit designed to be part of a total cabin entertainment system.  This differential video receiver is a single channel receiver with adjustable output gain control.  It secures video signals from the video source and converts them into a single-ended, 1 V(p-p) composite video signal.
   No video isolation transformers are required for use with this receiver; the MSM2917-02-x already contains differential video input to help eliminate ground loops and ensure high quality display.  This durable unit does not require any scheduled maintenance to ensure continued airworthiness. 

The “-x” suffix designates the type of connector utilized;                          “-1” = Positronic and “-2” = D-Subminiature.
